Louise H. Anderson, CPA, PA
Louise H. Anderson, CPA, is the partner of the tax and consulting department of Davis, Monk & Company. She graduated from the University of South Florida in Tampa in 1977 with a B.A. in Accounting and has been in the accounting industry for over twenty-five years.
Louise has been employed in both private and public accounting positions. Prior to joining Davis, Monk & Company, she was controller of two multi-unit fast food franchises, both in the United States and England, as well as controller for a financial services group. Her public accounting experience includes a partnership in an accounting firm in Sarasota, Florida, specializing in restaurants ranging from fast-food chains to full-service restaurants. She also has experience in sales tax, bankruptcy, accounting system design, and computer software installation.
Louise is a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She is currently serving on the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants' MAP Section, and has served on the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants' PCPS Committee, the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants' Elder Care Committee and Health Care Committee and the AICPA's Elder Care Task Force. She was past chair of CPAmerica Management Consulting Services Executive Committee.
Active in the community, she is a Board member of WUFT Classic 89, and Gainesville Sunrise Rotary Club and is a member of the Benchmarking Committee of the St. John's Visioning Project, the St. John's County and St. Augustine Economic Development Committee and the Enterprising Women's Leadership Institute.
