Gregory A. Grooms, CFP®
Greg Grooms is a Gainesville native and a graduate of Eastside High School. Mr. Grooms graduated from Davidson College in 1991 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. He has practiced in the financial services industry since 1992, joined Davis Monk in 1999, and has been a partner in the firm since 2003. Mr. Grooms manages the financial advisory division of Davis Monk.
Mr. Grooms works closely with the certified public accountants in the firm to provide thoughtful, individualized financial planning to our clients. His professional interests include:
- Providing full-service wealth management and estate planning
- Working with clients to identify and achieve their financial goals, with close attention to the potential risks, tax burdens and estate implications
- Designing and implementing personalized financial plans that maximize the client's potential for financial success
- Managing corporate retirement plans
Mr. Grooms has an established history of commitment to community service and is a past-president of Gator City Kiwanis.
Mr. Grooms lives in Gainesville with his wife Mary and daughters Harrison and Sayers.
